WHO WE ARE




MindNET Business Services is the business consulting arm of MindNET Technologies, a limited liability company registered under the Companies Code of Ghana 1963 (Act 179). We offer a variety of business and technology consulting services, mostly to foreign companies that are looking to establish new businesses in Ghana and companies that are already working here and seeking to expand their business operations further.

Our services range from market research and opportunity searches, to business intermediary services to full project implementations on behalf of our clients. Since 2013, we have churned out several research reports for clients, raised over $10 million in funding, and planned or implemented various projects in Ghana on behalf of (mostly international) clients. We are a business-minded and action-oriented team that will go all the way to bring our clients’ projects to life.

OUR SERVICES

We offer a broad range of services, which generally fall under the following categories. "Project & Corporate Finance" mainly refers to capital raising to scale up and finance business growth. Strategy & Business Development is the core of our management advisory service. "Research & Planning" spans market research, feasibility studies and the preparation of SMART business plans.
